Class 1
Introductions;
Goals/Purpose:
This course will provide you tools and guidelines to create an effective site for ESL learning for your students. When this is course is complete, you will have created a site with at least two online lessons targeting your students.
You will also learn computer related vocabulary. Lastly, these tools and exposure to web page based language are transferable skills that can be used with other web based constructs.
1. Windows Movie Maker Demo, Slide Show. (50 Min)
2. Windows Movie Maker, Students make a slide show, using images provided.
(20 min)
3. Option 1: Convert to WMV file Using Download Helper
To download from you tube Download Mozilla Firefox then download the Mozilla Firefox Download Helper
Option 2 : Convert to WMV file using Format Factory
(30 Min)
Class 2
1. Windows Movie Maker Demo: Editing the downloaded YouTube video. (50 Min)

2. Windows Movie Maker: Students edit their own video. (30 Min)
3. Students Edit an audio File, convert to WMA file using Goldwave (20 Min)
Class 3
1. Students Create YouTube Account and upload video to YouTube. (50 Min).
2. Register for Weebly, Choose a Design, Create Pages, and Create Hidden Pages,
uploading Adding a Picture , and files, Adding Links (50 Min).
